Like other reviewers mentioned, he has a good network of people that make a big difference in terms getting the home sale-ready very quickly - landscaping, to any interior fixes, exterior power washing etc. But he goes way above and beyond just helping to sell or buy homes - he educated us with many nuances of real estate market in general. Like other realtors Shiv does not work with too many clients at once; that means more time spent with their clients
